The care of the congregation is provided by two groups: the Session and the Committee of Stewards.

Session Meetings

• Clerk:  Brenda Connell
• Session is comprised of Ruling Elders and the Minister who serves as Moderator.
• Session meets the 2^nd Friday of the month.  Meetings are generally closed; however interested members of the congregation are welcome to attend if pre-arranged.

Committee of Stewards (CoS) Meetings

• Chair:  John Best
• The Committee of Stewards is made up of people who are actively involved in the organization and functioning of Knox 16.
• The CoS is responsible for 5 areas: Administration, Finance, Building & Maintenance, Technology and the Cemetery
• The CoS meets the 1^st Sunday of the month following the service of worship
• Meetings of the CoS are open to any and all interested members or adherent of the congregation
