Sunday Worship for Jun 7 2020 posted.
Good Morning Everyone
A couple of quick announcements:
Decorating the Cemetery: The cemetery is looking good with a number of people already having planted flowers. But there is still some work to do. If you have time for a visit sometime during this week – it will make sure that the weeds are pulled and all the flowers are planted. Rev. Gushue will be present on Monday afternoon from 2:30pm-4:30pm for a social distancing visit for anyone who would like to join him. Please give him an e-mail if you are planning to visit
Reflections for the Garden: Rev. Gushue has also put together a series of reflections that you can you for a time of prayer. There are envelopes that contain the materials in the church mailbox that is located in front of the church at the entrance of the walk-way. Feel free to an envelope and to keep it – to ensure that we limit touching!
Worship music: Our service this morning will continue to have a Pentecost feel -focusing on the movement of the Holy Spirit. You are encouraged to listen to the song Signs BEFORE worship as the lyrics are referenced in rev. Gushue’s message.
Opening:
Spirit of Gentleness – Instrumental (with printed lyrics)
Spirit of Gentleness – First Presbyterian Church Geneva
Signs – Five Man Electrical Band
Closing
